How to make the trophy : To unlock this trophy you need to complete perfectly ( purple target complete ) the 7 challenges during your free practices . ( You have all of the 3 sessions to do this challenges )
I have did every challenges in bahrain , For me that a good track to do this achivement

Track recognition : You need to pass into every door on the track
Tyes management : You need to beat the target lap time without using your tires too much
So don't break too hard , do not take the turns at high speed ( turn 5-6-7 and 11-12-13)
Fuel management : Just Go into your 8th gear and finish a lap , and don't accelerate like savages out of the corners
ERS management : just disable your ers into your ers menu when you are in the car
Sprint You just need to make a pushing lap , if you have the AI difficulty to 0 you will be first on the leaderboard
Race Strategy It's like a mix of every other challenge , you need to manage your tyres and fuel , beat a target lap and other . You need to get 50 points to complete the "race strategy"
Team Goal Pretty easy to finish this one , you will surely finish them by doing the other challenges . Sometimes they will ask you to achieve the best time insomes sectors, to complete a number of laps, or to use several setups.

Once you have finished everything, look at the number of points remaining that you can get in each challenge . If you can no longer recover points, then the trophy will be unlocked at the end of the free practice.

Description : Achieve a perfect result in a Practice Programme in wet weather

How to make the trophy : When you are in Bakou , Just Stay on the ERS level 5 and finish the race

Description : Set the fastest time in all 3 Practice sessions, take pole position and win the Grand Prix
How to make the trophy : As the description says, you just need to be the fastest in all the sessions of a race weekend. In free practice, just do a lap and normally if the AI level is low, you should beat them by 3-5 seconds on the clock. And after that just go on pole and win the Grand prix


Go Team!

Description : Obtain an upgrade at a reduced cost due to good morale
How to make the trophy : In Interviews Always respond based on the part of the car you want to associate with your words, such as the engine, the aerodynamics, or the chassis. and upgrade the part associate to your words .for example, I chose the engine and I always talked about how my engine was great in interviews. Keep talking about the same thing until the next success of this guide has been unlocked.

Description : Apply all vehicle upgrades from one department
How to make the trophy : When you are in the menu of your carrer , go to your skill tree
choose any part and buy every upgrade ( you need to do 2 season for a another trophy so take your time )

Description : Lose an upgrade due to a regulation change
How to make the trophy : !WARNING! Apparently this trophy is very random to unlock.
To unlock this last one, you need to wait for a cutscene where one of your engineers comes to talk to you to tell you that the rules are going to change and that some of your parts in your tree need to be replaced.( these pieces will be in orange) Just go to the end of the season without changing the part in orange

Back on track

Description : Complete a lap at Hockenheim
How to make the trophy : Like the description say , just finish a lap in Hockenheim

How to make the trophy : !WARNING! This trophy is very tricky to unlock.
when your gearbox reaches more than 70%, problems may arise during the race
So don't change your gearbox throughout the season. when it will be at 90% or almost (I got it to 74% of my gearbox) . save by yourself and finish the race with your gearbox which should be at over 90%, finish the race. If the trophy does not appear, redo the race until you get it. Good luck

The number the trophy asks for is in the wrong unit of measurement. The 1,893,456,000 that the game requires from you is in joules while the unit of calculation for your progress is in kilojoules.
To know how far you are in your progress, you need to multiply the number you have in the progress bar by 1000. For example, if I am at 1,000,000 on 1,893,456,000, you must multiply 1,000,000 by 1,000 to get your true result.
From what I have seen, this trophy is often the last one you will need to obtain in this game, and to get it takes about 40-50 hours.

How to make the trophy : Unfortunately, you can no longer unlock this trophy because EA does not want to create new events in the 'event' category in the main menu.
