Probably. However it's a pretty old mod and i'm sure it won't work with the current version of the game. Though, you can give it a try.

Most likely, the mod was uploaded almost a year ago and they significantly changed the way modding works. However, anyone can download the mod and use the assets.

Too foggy for my taste. Didn't really like the "destroyed" mofit of the floating debris in the skybox. I'm the one making the debris. Not put there by Space God.
