Location of the assets:
".../steamapps/workshop/content/220/3485274774/workshop_dir.vpk"
Use GCFScape to extract the assets from the VPK file and place them wherever you want.
Made to work with episode 2 in mind.

Includes:
-A map template and its vmf
-3 new textures from Counter-Strike: Source
-Surface properties and sound physics scripts
-Sounds from the 2012 version of CS:GO
