RealSpace Lite - Project Ancient Cosmos Patch

Beskrivelse
This is a patch for RealSpace Lite (Standalone) and Project Ancient Cosmos (PAC).

Features
The patch makes the Black Hole stars added by PAC follow the "rare habitable planet" philosophy of RealSpace Lite.

Full implementation details:
-This patch does not fully integrate the PAC planets into the TrueSpace distribution scheme. The various Tier 7 planets added by PAC will only spawn around Black Holes.
-Black Holes now use the TrueSpace planetary types, which means planets from TrueSpace compatible mods will spawn around Black Holes.
-Every time a planet spawns around a Black Hole, there is a 50/50 chance that it will be a PAC planet or a non-PAC planet.
-The orbital regions for Black Holes were changed. PAC follows the vanilla "inner, mid, outer" region philosophy, but only included an inner and mid region. This patch implements 3 underused TrueSpace-style regions, with the inner region being an "irad belt," capable of spawning alien planets, the middle region being a "frosty belt," capable of spawning very cold planets, and the outer region being a "dark belt," capable of spawning midnight planets. I figure the extreme environments around a Black Hole make these special planetary belts sensible.
-There is a slightly higher chance to spawn a habitable moon around a Black Hole compared to a normal star, to account for the two additional PAC moons. When a habitable moon spawns, there is a 50/50 chance of it being a PAC moon or a non-PAC planet.
-The star system bins were reordered to account for the new stellar type. Black Holes should be similarly rare to Class L Brown Dwarfs.

Compatibility
The patch might also work for the patch version of RealSpace Lite, but I did not test it. Mods that change the star system bins will break this patch, and it may need future edits to account for any bin changes. Let me know if you know of any such mods.

@Skulgan - Yes that's cause I'm overwriting the types of star systems that can generate. It'd need a patch.

Black Holes and their related planets do not generate with TrueSpace Expanded. Not sure if that's fixable or not, but I thought I'd bring it to your attention.

i think it's important, yeah

Ok I tested it: With this patch and Arcana installed, you get Arcana planets around TrueSpace stars. Is it important for the stars themselves to generate?

@kirb - I'll take a look at the Arcana files, I don't use the mod myself. I was under the impression that Arcana had TrueSpace compatibility to add Arcana planets to regular stars. This mod overwrites the list of stellar classes to ensure proper distribution of stars, so if Arcana with TrueSpace is trying to spawn its own stars that will definitely cause a conflict.

Notice: this mod appears to break Arcana star generation
