General Tips
In the walkthrough I will take interacting with every object on each screen for granted. So keep in mind that while I will guide you through every screen I will not always mention to interact with every object on it for the achievements A Familiar Forest.
If you don’t get a dice roll you like you can quit to the Main Menu to reload the screen and try again as many times as you need.
To get all achievements you will either need to do one full playthrough to get most of the achievements and two more playthroughs until the end of Day 3 for the ones concerning Flower and Bird.
Or you quit to the Main Menu immediately on Day 2 after getting one of Flower’s and on Day 3 after getting one of Bird’s achievements before you decide which dice to put the new face that you get on. This will reset the screen and let you get the other achievements picking the other choices, if you get the right rolls, immediately without needing multiple playthroughs.
I recommend always looking for the frogs to get extra faces for the dice.
You should be able to get Fully Populated and High Roller in the same playthrough if you also find the frogs every day, but aim to get High Roller first by dedicating one die to it.
Day 1
At the start talk to Wind.

It will present you with your first choice, where you can pick whichever option you like and becomes available to you. (Achievement: Deciding What to Say)
Afterwards follow the path up and on the next screen to the right. Interact with the pair of frogs sitting by the stream. (Achievement: The Game Is Afoot…)

Head one screen further right and talk to Moss and Stone.

Now head up and talk to Wind once more.
Then follow the upper-left path and talk to Lake. Talking to those two is required to trigger the missing child to show up.

Head two screens to the left and then follow the path to the right. Rat can be found in the bottom right corner of the screen, talk to him and choose whichever option you like and becomes available to you.

Follow the upper-right path, then head two screens to the left and talk to Ms. Capybara. (Achievement: Rat's Return)
Make sure to visit Flower’s Home, which is reachable through the upper-right path at the crossroads with Mr. Bean, for two more interactable objects.
Now return home to end the day.

Stream: Makeshift Fishingrod

Crossroads: Honeydew the Frog, Mr. Bean the Plush, Sticks (can't be interacted with while Wind is there)
Lake's Home: Hare
Pond's Home: Rubberduck, Sandcastle, Dragonfly (only appears on this day)
Flower's Home: Binoculars, Picnic Blanket
Day 2
Head up, then to the right where the frogs were yesterday and talk to Wind.
Continue heading to the right, then up and follow the upper-right path. There talk to Flower.

Head back one screen and talk to Flower again.
Follow the lower-left path and talk to Flower again. Olive is also hiding in the grass on this screen.
Depending on what you choose to suggest to Flower it will be in a different spot next. Follow it there unless it already returned home and talk to it again.
Then return to Flower’s Home and talk to Flower one more time.
Depending on the choice you make here you will get a different achievement:
>You should make your favorite spot the best it can be. (Creativity)
>You can spread your time throughout the forest equally so that everyone can see your work. (Empathy)
>Spend as much time as you need going one spot at a time. (Wisdom)

On the way back home talk to Wind. Also drop by Pond's Home, where Sienna is hiding in the grass. (Achievement: Hide and Seek: Day 2)
Now return home to end the day.

Day 3
Head up, then to the right like at the start of the previous day and talk to Wind.
Then head further right and up. There talk to Bird.

Afterwards follow the upper-right path first to find Olive hiding next to Flower’s house.
Depending on whom you suggest Bird to talk to he will be in a different spot next. Follow him there, talk to him and then talk to the other character to introduce Bird to them as requested.
Head back home to talk to Bird again.
Depending on the choice you make here you will get a different achievement:
>You can't go wrong when every choice is good. (Creativity)
>No matter where you go, the spirits will help you settle in. (Empathy)
>If it doesn't work out, you can change your mind. (Wisdom)

At this point you should also get your first die face with three symbols. (Achievement: Trinity)
Afterwards drop by Ms. Capybara, where Sienna is hiding behind the big stone to the right. (Achievement: Hide and Seek: Day 3)
Also drop by Lake to interact with the Firefly. (This should give you the Achievement: A Familiar Forest)
Now return home to end the day.

Right on the first screen Olive is hiding behind the tree in the middle.
Head up and talk to Wind.
Head up again and talk to Lake.
Head two screens left, then follow the right path and talk to Pond.

Afterwards follow the upper-right path and then go left. Sienna is hiding behind the tree on the left side of the stream. (Achievement: Hide and Seek: Day 4)
Now head left, then up and talk to Lake again. (Achievement: Growing Up)
Head one screen left and talk to Wind.
Now return home to end the day.
Day 5
On the first screen talk to Wind.
Then head up one screen, follow the upper right path and talk to the pair of frogs one more time. (Achievement: Hide and Seek Master)
Head right, follow the lower-left path and talk to Moss and Stone.
Head back up a screen, then follow the upper-right path and talk to Winter. (Achievement: Confronting Winter)

Afterwards head down, then follow the lower-left path to talk to Moss and Stone one more time.
Now return home and talk to Wind one last time.
Go inside to finish the game. (Achievement: At Winter's End)

A Familiar Forest
Ponder every interactable object in the woods
Interact with every interactable object once. Some are only available on later days. You should get this on Day 3.

Trinity
Find a single die face with three symbols on it
Unmissable, you will get it on Day 3 after helping Bird.

Fully Populated
Replace all of the blank faces on your dice
You can get this easily by placing the first six new die faces you get on blank spots.

High Roller
Have a total of 13 or more symbols on a single die
Place all faces with two and three symbols on the same dice, overwriting faces with only one symbol if necessary, until you get this achievement.
