Good day! This is my first steam guide.
This guide is written for those who are having trouble with playing full screen in Hatoful Boyfriend and those having a bad screen resolution. I am using Windows as my operating system and I am not sure if this works on other OS. Rest assured the tool I am going to introduce is harmless and free.

Regarding the tutorial, it's gonna have a lot of sreenshots to make sure that even newbies can set the program properly.This tool does not only applies to Hatoful but to many games as well. It has garnered attention from reputable groups in the gaming industry PCGamer and popular youtube streamers. This guide is cross-posted at my blog so I appologize for the ugly watermarks.

1.)Download and Install
.NET Framework 4.5[www.microsoft.com] and Visual Studio 2013 redistributable package[www.microsoft.com].

2.)Then install Gedosato[blog.metaclassofnil.com].
The filename should be GeDoSaToUpdater.exe.
Run that and make sure it’s installed in drive C:/ in GeDoSaTo folder.

3.)Gedasto should now run after installation.
If not go to C:\GeDoSaTo and double click “GeDoSaToTool.exe”.

4.)Add Hatoful boyfriend in “Whitelist”

by typing it or copy pasting:

Then click “Save” and click "Close" after wards.


5.)In the GeDasto window and click “Activate”.


6.) Run Hatoful Boyfriend in steam and you should see new Screen resolution values. I choose 3200×1800, and the Window check box should be unchecked and hit “Play!”

1.)Where did those screen resolutions come from and how do I change it?
In the GeDoSaTo window, click on the "Edit Setting" button and you'll see this.
You can adjust the resolutions yourself as well as the FPS.
[Resolution]x[Resolution]@[FPS]

2.)Can you put up a tutorial for Mac/Linux?
Unfortunately i don't have such resources to have a mac nor an extra pc for Linux.

3.)Is the tools provided safe and free?
