First and for most THIS SUCKS. It is 2025 and games glitch out to the max for no reason. Anyway.
This fix does not require and any modification, mods, coding knowledge, or even to fiddle with any setting in strange places with scary names.

First:
If you do not have the game downloaded please do so now.
Second:
Download the EA launcher ( https://www.ea.com/ea-app )
If you already have the EA App and have an account skip the next 2 steps.
Third:
Create an account
Fourth:
Link your steam account and your EA Account
Fifth:
Open both Steam AND EA and make sure both register that you have Dragon Age: Origins Downloaded.
Sixth:
In EA App click on Dragon Age in your library. DONT NOT PLAY THE GAME.
Seventh: Steps seven through nine DO NOT need to be repeated once done:
You will see a Manage button on the EA App. Then Click Properties. Followed by Open File Location. Mine was located here (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Dragon Age Ultimate Edition)
Then Click on bin_ship
Eighth:
Right click daorigins followed by selecting Compatibility and set run compatibility mode to
Windows 7 and make sure run as administer is clicked. Save settings
Ninth:
Go back to the EA app and Click Manage again and click Repair.
Finally:
Once Repair is done. Launch the Game in EA App NOT Steam.

Once this is done you will be able to play the game no problem HOWEVER You will need to Repair the Game EVERY time you want to play. This does fix all issues and I was able to play through Ostagar No Problem.

Finally this took many many hours to figure out so I hope everyone enjoys the game!
