Modular Set for advanced users
The overall complex covers a 16x12 area which is larger than lot sizes supported in the game so some of the buildings needed to overhang the lot in order to snap together with the proper spacing
Bottom piece is a parking garage with a plaza and rooftop pools, the 2 modular towers each have 3 height variations

For precise snapping use move it and hold ALT to lock them to the grid

2048x512 textures, LOD, 256x256 diffuse, normal, spec, illumination, color
asset shares textures with other modern condo assets, use Loading Screen Mod to enable texture sharing
4 color variations, has a color map and can be painted with repaint mod
