This is a simple mod, that Overrides flares.

Original flare, after being shot vertically, touched the floor in 28 Seconds and the light went out in 40 Seconds.

My addon makes the Flares stay in the air much longer, goes 3 times higher, and takes 2 minutes and 40 seconds to reach the Ground and 5 minutes in total after being fired to turn off the light.
