Modular Starting Systems - Vanilla Starting System

This mod changes the starting system back into a Vanilla Starbound starting system, with the player starting on a small lush world, with at least 1 neighboring forest, desert, and moon world within the same starting system.

Note: This mod has a priority of 9999, meaning that it should load after the vast majority of other mods have loaded (provided no other mods with lower priorities list this mod as "required" or "included", which would force this mod to load before those other mods, regardless of priority settings).
