If you're unable to interact with the laptop at McKenzie Airfield for the Oscar Guzman Flies Again missions in GTA Online, the problem may be caused by the Expanded Mini-Map setting. When this setting is enabled, the prompt to use the laptop does not appear.

Fix

Follow these steps to disable the Expanded Mini-Map and restore access to the laptop:

1. Open the Pause Menu

Press ESC

2. Navigate to Settings

Go to the Display tab.

3. Find the Expanded Radar / Mini-Map Setting

Look for the option labeled Expanded Radar or Expanded Mini-Map.

4. Turn It Off

Set the option to Off.

5. Exit the Menu

Close the settings and return to the game.

6. Go Back to the Laptop

Walk up to the laptop inside McKenzie Airfield.
The prompt to use it should now appear.

Disabling the Expanded Mini-Map should fix this issue and allow you to access the laptop. Hopefully, Rockstar releases a patch soon, but until then, this is the best workaround.
