Easily obtainable through natural progression if using scrap to help fund the campaign.
I ignored scrap until after finishing the campaign.
If you want to grind this achievement out, it's very easy but time consuming.
It's best to grind this out on the 「Dorfenberg」 map as there as more vehicles as well as abandoned 「trains」 to fill an entire dump truck.
