for server names, make it something original. dont just use *brickrigs rp* and things like that. for example, use something like *L.A. RP* feel free to also add things like *strict* or maybe the year your server takes place in. but DO NOT add anything like *youtubers pls join* or anything that involves begging. most people who can actually rp good will find this childish and ignore it.

this is very important. dont add anything that includes *Only owner can use* i feel that i speak for most people when i say that when we see something like this,we almost instantly join a different rp server. your the owner, and you should follow your rules. oh yeah, that just reminded me, please do not make your code at the bottom of your description, a lot of people just scroll to the bottom without reading anything. and rules,rules,RULES! please i beg of you, do not add only like 5 rules. a lot of people will be jerks and figure out a loophole through them. get creative with your rules. yes, you can use the basic *no frp,rdm,vdm,ect* these are a need in order to have any structure in your rp server. and, this isnt a need, but fix up your grammar! if you sound more formal and serious, people will find this more "impressive", you could say. in simple terms, you will sound more professional.

this part of the guide is probably gonna be a bit short. player limit, max you should do is fifteen. but 10 or 11 is recommended. part limit, this is depending on how many people are in your server. if there arent many, maybe 1000 or 2000 (if you trust the people) but if it gets any higher than 5 or 6, the part limit should be lowered to about 800 or 900. people complaining? tell them to search up "multiplayer friendly" and pick whatever they like. day/night cycle isn't needed, as a lot of people will be crybabies about how its "too dark" . but if you want the most realism, you should enable it. dont make daytime or nightime too long or short. you can do about 5-10 minutes at most, if you dont want much complaining. one more thing. dont whitelist unless your doing a battle server. everything else is up to you.

how long should i ban trollers? max of 1 week. who should i make as admins? people who you trust, preferably nobody. what do i do if i need to leave my server? tell everyone you need to go instead of just leaving. what do i do if someone hates my rules? tell them to join a different server. if they stay in your server, then ban them from your server. what do i do if people are arguing? tell them to stop before they both are KICKED, not BANNED. what do i do if someone is breaking the smaller rules? (rdm,vdm,ect) give them 3 warnings. after that kick them for a hour at most. what do i do if someone is asking too many questions? i forgot to say this earlier, but make sure to add in your description if you want them to ask before joining teams or not.

this is pretty basic. don't break your own rules, don't drive around in stupid things like tanks. don't ban cops for pulling you over or arresting you. and please,please, PLEASE don't be afk. something bad will most likely happen if you are just afk. if your not in the mood to play, just watch in freecam. make sure to read chat, you will come off as ignorant and careless if you ignore everybody. and if someone blames someone, get both sides of the story. then focus on banning. don't just trust strangers and ban someone who could've just been driving around. EDIT: map covers, feel free to use them. but make sure not to use ones that are too laggy, or at least make it clear that it may be laggy.
