Interesting. When I was doing this at the beginning of the Bridge chapter, I was spawned in a black box.

I think so. You can find it by using keybinds to freeze the camera as soon as chapter 7 begins. It's right before the opening cutscene.

Is it under the map somewhere? It's just something I found in chapter 12 during the helicopter chase.
