As an FYI... This guide is a great help when you are missing one item. Just a note - the picture you show above for Roottrees has 3 items in the bottom row of evidence. I believe it needs to be 4. I did not get the achievement until I had 40 items on the evidence table. Another guide mentions a total count of 38 so perhaps a couple are automatic and are not counted...

Another guide mentions a clue called 17 Magazine. I can see why it's important, but I can't for the life of me figure out how I was supposed to find it. I can see who's related to it in the search AFTER I've found it, but I can't recall any mention of it in any other clue.

For me, I found Steamy Correspondence through searching for Christensen Steel on Spider Search. Christensen Steel comes from searching for Patricia Christensen, who is mentioned by Lauren Roottree in Revisiting the Diary.

Can anyone explain what information leads to finding Steamy Correspondence? It was the one thing I missed.
