Have someone next to you while you play, or use the multiplayer feature in the game. If you wanna find random people to play with, join the Wildermyth Discord server, and look for a game!

When you play with whoever, voice act your characters! That may seem obvious, but I mean really try! Give certain characters accents, say things in battle, and just crack jokes. I have a character named Erjo Blower, who sounds and acts like the stereotypical Magic the Gathering nerd, who smells bad and cannot talk to women.

Make up lore for your characters, make them hate certain monsters more than others, have this go with voice acting together. I have a character named Quelter Autmnpeiler, who hates Drauven since they cursed his family to have weird names, that's why his son was named Eodbrock. I have a character who randomly becomes British because the gem in his eye is actually the soul of a person who died trying to mine it.
