Makes Rome (even) stronger. I wanted to give them more synergy with communism. I still think there are a few civs stronger than them so whatever

With this mod, internal trade routes from rome's capital or international trade routes to Rome's capital give the capital +1 to all yields. I have removed the bonus to trade routes from passing through a friendly trading post.
