You missed some steps...

Step 1.) Login to Steam with your account
Step 2.) Go to your gaming library
Step 3.) Look for "7 Days To Die" (If it's not in your library, you didn't buy it.)
Step 4.) Right-click on the "7 Days To Die" in the list
Step 5.) Point to "Manage" and then select "Uninstall"
Step 6.) Profit
