After years of using Rubico Prime, I been wonder DE will release another sniper rifle. During the release of 1999, I noticed Scaldra units going prone on the edge of rooftops with their rifles. And that got me thinking, what kind of rifle is great for harsh weathers and has nice reputation in real life and video game scene. Gameplay idea is mixture of the Ballistas charging per shot and Team Fortress Sniper mechanic. Slow firerate with HUGE damage, forcing your playstyle a slow-moving hallway sweeper or anti-material sniper for those open maps. Or quick-scoping and run-n-gun?

This obiviously need playtesting for balance and see it fits the pace of Warframe. But the rifle is basically works like bow. Scope, charge, shoot repeat. But hit-scan.
