Cultural Special Ships + Ships in Scale 6x

This compatibility patch integrates Cultural Special Ships (CSS) with Real Space - Ships in Scaling 6x, excluding the Better Ship Behaviors (BSB) component for streamlined gameplay.

1. 🚀 Adjusted Ship Speeds: Reduces engine speeds by a factor of 6, aligning with the scaling mechanics of both CSS and Ships in Scaling.
   
2. ⚖️ Retained Strike Craft Overwrites: Maintains the Extra Ship Components NEXT (ESC NEXT) strike craft modifications for enhanced combat dynamics.
   
3. 🛠️ Simplified Integration: Removes BSB elements to prevent conflicts, ensuring a smoother gaming experience.

To ensure proper functionality, please load the required mods in the following order:

1. Cultural Special Ships (CSS) by BaBoFantasy.
   
2. Real Space - Ships in Scaling by Annatar.
   
3. This compatibility patch.

1. 🎨 Graphics and Scaling Adjustments: Focuses on visual and speed modifications; no direct impact on core gameplay mechanics.
   
2. 💾 Save Game Compatibility: Can be added to existing save games; however, starting a new game is recommended for optimal performance.
