How do I fix the crashing issue?

If you experience crashes during cutscenes and gameplay in co-op and normal story modes, the shadow setting should be set to the highest and the texture quality should be set to medium. Your problem will probably be solved. If it's still not resolved, on top of what I just said, run it as an administrator and turn off full screen optimizations. You can do these from the compatibility settings of the exe file.

When you first open the game, you'll see two options. Choose the setup option.

Later, when you open the Setup section, set the texture section to medium.

You can adjust the shadow setting from high to low, depending on your preference.
