Notes:
I don't recommend doing this solo challenge before learning Kazap at level 38. It will take too long to finish the battle without Kazap if you aren't optimized to fight Baramos. If I could redo my save file, I would have given my Heroine more HP seeds. More HP means less gambling. What do I mean by gambling (RNG)?

RNG Elements: Baramos can attack 3 times. This includes 2 Kabooms (maybe 3). Baramos can inflict Fuddle which can ruin your attempt if combined with 3 attacks. If you have the Bounce buff up via Staff of Strife, you can "dodge" the status effect(s).

Tempest Shield vs. Ice Shield: I chose Tempest shield due to preference. It has slightly more Defence, and mitigates explosion damage. By choosing the Tempest Shield over the Ice Shield, you'll end up taking more damage from Fire offensive attacks. That's okay because I prefer a predictable onslaught of damage rather than getting blindsided by a double-cast of Kaboom. The choice is ultimately up to you.

Other Equipment/Items: I brought 2 Elfin Elixirs because I was level 38 and not too confident about my damage. I ended up not using it, but depending on RNG I may have needed to use 1 or both elixirs. Meteorite Bracer is a must so you can act first.

Atk/Def Pattern:
- Cast Bounce on yourself with Staff of Strife (obtained from Secret Spot West of Wayfarer's Shrine). This will keep status effects at bay.
- Spam Kazap until you want to heal (30~50% range depending on your hp). I don't like using Gust Slash because it's not as flexible as magic. If you are Dazzled, you're forced to stall or use magic anyway.
- Meditate heals 500HP. I specified 30~50% for healing because that's up to your risk tolerance. At the start of the battle, I like to gamble turns by attacking at 50% HP. Later into the fight, I start healing at 50% so I don't have to repeat the 10-minute boss fight due to an unlucky turn.
- When Bounce runs out, either reuse the Staff of Strife or sneak another attack in. You're essentially betting on Baramos not using Fuddle to confuse you. Dazzle is ok since we're just spamming Kazap and that remains unaffected. Bonus: Reflecting Dazzle back at Baramos can help you dodge more physical attacks so it's good practice to keep Bounce up.
- I personally think it's better to deplete your MP until you need to heal with 1 or 2 Elixirs. It gets you past the damage threshold faster to increase Baramos' move pool. Blasto is a waste of attack for Baramos. When you see that Baramos' name is Yellow/Orange, top up your MP so you can consecutively cast Kazap before topping up your MP.
- Rinse and repeat. Once Baramos starts using Spooky Aura, be more mindful of healing at 40~50%. The defence debuff makes Kafrizz and Kaboom more deadly.
