This guide is organized so that commonly missed foes will have a note, while common unmissable ones will not. Missable foes that can end your run have their own section but will be listed again in the journal order to make it easier to find ones your missing.

This guide assumes you've played the game before, be aware there's spoilers.

You will need to take the Omori Route in order to complete the 'FOES FILED!' achievement. This is done after the PROLOGUE in FARAWAY TOWN by ignoring KEL at the door, and going back to bed.


General Tips:

• You obtain the FOE FACTS journal after defeating the first foe
  
• FOE FACTS can be found in the 'IMPORTANT' tab of the menu
  
• Engaging in battle adds the foe to your journal, no need to defeat them*
  
• RUN AWAY is calculated using speed stats. Each try is more successful.
  
• FOE FACTS only covers foes in HEADSPACE**
  
• Multiple saves may save you from future grief

* Except BUN BUNNY from DINO'S DIG. (Do before ONE DAY LEFT)
** Fear-based foes not included. (SOMETHING, THE ABYSS foes)

PLUTO - in OTHERWORLD hiding behind a tree near the wanted poster. Has to be done before the JUNKYARD.

KING CARNIVORE - in SPROUT MOLE VILLAGE below the mayor's room.

**PLEASE NOTE:
Using the anvil/rope mechanism in the mayor's room will crush KING CARNIVORE WITHOUT adding him to FOE FACTS.**

KING CARNIVORE is the most commonly missed foe, proceed with care.

SHADY MOLE - in SPROUT MOLE VILLAGE after escaping SWEETHEARTS CASTLE. Complete side quests: PESSI'S THING, B.E.D and CLAMS FOR CLEMS. After completion, find him on the first shortcut around the toll booth on the UNDERWATER HIGHWAY.

GHOST BUNNIES - in LOST FOREST (within PYREFLY FOREST) You cannot return to LOST FOREST once it's been completed.

SWEETHEART'S CASTLE FOES - missable if you accept KEEPER OF THE CASTLE's offer before encountering them.

Second Stage: after defeating MR. JAWSUM, meet SHADY MOLE outside LAST RESORT and exchange your CLAMS for CLEMS. (You will get these back). After, find SHADY MOLE on the first toll booth shortcut on the UNDERWATER HIGHWAY.
