A animated death facial expression mod for both pm and npc.
Now works well with Reagdoll.
Need a pm ragdoll mod to work correctly.
Utilities-Death_Facial_animated-Death_Facial_animated to customize the mod.
Now is enable for clientside ragdoll
finger pose for clientside ragdoll

The facial animations generated by this mod are mostly random within the range you set yourself. I’ve never configured it to always be eye-closing. Your question is not even a question.
