Hello. After playing TF2 for quite a while I have found common traits that are usually shared by cheaters. I would like to share these traits with the public to spread awareness on how cheaters operate and help cheaters stay out of our casual tf2 servers!

Cheaters commonly have "pronouns" in their names, such as "they/them", "she/they" etc.
Cheaters will usually have faces such as ":3" in their names, and may even say this in chat.
Anybody with #transrights in their name or familiar is a cheater and needs to be kicked.
Cheaters are typically furries, and will have names and matching avatars as such.
(These types of cheaters will typically play pyro, heavy, medic or spy, and will queue in stacks to avoid being kicked.)
Cheaters may have this symbol in their profile picture, profile, or any in game decals. This is a method used to identify to other cheaters in the lobby that they are indeed cheating.
Worth noting there are many variations of this symbol, typically drawn in different colours. No matter what, that person will be cheating.
