More Interesting L4D1 Intro Cinematics

The title is subjective, but I couldn't think of what else to call it.

Makes the animations and positions of the survivors in L4D1 campaign intro cinematics slightly more unique so they aren't all just standing there like they forgot what they were doing.

For reasons beyond my comprehension, having literally any of MANACAT's scripts alongside this breaks the mod. If you want to use this alongside them, use this older version which breaks intro music.

Local/dedicated server only.

Guys, the mod now works correctly with MANACAT's scripts mods without the need for the older version. He updated some of his scripts to make them compatible with the More Interesting L4D1 Intro Cinematics mod

(Which he could have done before if someone had told him earlier, but anyway).
