Step 1: Right-click the game in your library and select Properties.



Step 2: Click "Betas"



Step 3: Click the dropdown and select "us_only - us_only"



Step 4: Wait for the game to download the update

And various other fixes. I'm sure they must've posted an update near when the game came out as to why this wasn't rolled into a patch you download by default, but I don't really care. It was annoying to have to dig through the technical support forums to find someone mentioning this years ago. And it wasn't in the guides, so here it is now.
