For those who didn't know, the soundtrack was remastered/redone for some tracks in the English Steam release. This was done by the original soundtrack producer, but many people didn't like the change. (including myself)

The original soundtrack can be heard in older versions of the game, such as the original 2004 PC release or console versions.

This patch restores the original soundtrack in the Steam version of the game.

Just take bgm folder and the Gameexe.ini in this patch and copy-paste it in your Clannad steam folder "...Steam\steamapps\common\CLANNAD" Choose to replace the files when prompted.

This patch works only with the English version of the Steam release because the Chinese version already includes the original soundtrack. Also, the config file from the patch doesn’t work with the Chinese version.
