Hey man, nice job for someone just starting out! I've got some feedback; from personal experience, I highly recommend not setting the window specularity to 100 and using the generated floors. Instead, consider setting the specularity to around 70-80, and add some interior detail on the diffuse and illumination maps. This generally looks a decent amount better. Also, don't be afraid to do a little less tiling and lower the resolution of a texture if it means you can add some uniqueness and weathering! That back wall of yours could use some dirtying up...

Thanks! I didn't realize that was an issue. I will add tile size on my descriptions. I'm working on making a collection now :)

I was wondering, could you make a collection of all your New York assets? Would be easier to find them all.
Could you also add the sizes of the buildings in-game to the description? This looks like a 1x4, but it could just as easily be a 1x3 or even a 4x1.

Your stuff is awesome. You need to figure out how to replace the thumbnails. A good thumbnail with recognizable branding is what gets me to click on an asset ex. Cbudd, Reaper, Smilies
