Rumor is the newest Win 11 update made a fresh, new game breaking bug for the Infinity Ward classic
Infinite Warfare

This is a simple solution that worked for me.
Results may vary but after deep dives into Reddit and other forums with hours of trial and error.

Windows Settings

In settings go to System, Display, and then Graphics.

In there you will see a setting titled "Optimizations for windowed games"

Set that to off.

SCAR 1-1 is Oscar Mike

And that's about it.

Hopefully it worked for you. If not, sorry. I honestly don't know what else it could be and I'm tired of trying to fix this PoS game. So you won't get anymore help from me.

didnt work for me still using max vram on my card

i doubt a game from nearly 10 years ago needs over 16gb vram
can run monster hunter wilds at a stable 120fps in 4k how can i not run an old ass cod at 1080p

hi, i have a problem with zombies, i try playing others maps and says i dont have the maps download, i have to download them somewhere? every time i click the maps send me to the store showing the season pass, what i do? (i dont know if i wrote this right, my english is not the best)
