Go to this file path:


and open Settings_UI_Tactical.ini with the text editor.

Now scroll down a bit and look for [TacticalMap_Geometry].
There you will find the values for the map position:


Change these 2 numbers to
0 for Horizontal (offset from the left edge), and 29 for Vertical (offset from the bottom edge).

NOTE: the 29 offset is needed so you can still see the drawing tools, this offset may VARY depending on your screen resolution. My screen is 1080p but if 29 does not work for you, then change the number until the map hits the edge of the toolbar.

For the Formation Manager just scroll down a bit more and you will find:
FormationManager_Geometry


Change values for WindowPosition to 0,0
You can also change the DefaultSize of the formation manager here.
I made mine a bit smaller with Horizontal 200 and Vertical 300
