What are the steps for using this for Custom Multiplayer? Just set up a Custom Match with bots and use created Custom Match classes for items to level?

Pretty much what Bellissimo said.

The game goes "hey is this modded", we return false each time.
Bellissimo 25 Mar @ 9:45am
It just hooks 21 functions and detours them to a return 0 function, nothing wrong with this dll, dont worry guys it's safe

It isn't open source just like normal T7Patch. Don't run it if you don't wanna.
