I've updated the bottom part of the description that tells you what files & patches you should get so you have the same version as the Steam one.
Subtitles missing is a workshop related issue that only Valve can fix and they don't seem to care enough to do so.
Missing voicelines and skybox textures is questionable as it's entirely vanilla assets, maybe it's conflicting with another addon. Not sure what could be the cause of the voicelines missing besides maybe a workshop mounting issue.
If you can't find your way once you're past the sentries, you're supposed to go to the right, to the white double doors with no windows and open one of them. It should be pretty straight forward from there otherwise. I'll make a patch later that will make it more obvious.
The camera getting stuck is also weird as it's supposed to exit out of it once the sequence is done, couldn't reproduce it on my end.
I got stuck for 10 minutes trying to figure out how to progress at a 4 way area past the two turrets and had no clue what to do.
Nothing happened beyond a headcrab coming out of a small inacessible vent, and nothing to interact with, nothing to break, etc, no way back, no way forwards.
Highly recommend using the remodel mod.
