Those are some horrible layouts. No nights stands in the bedrooms. Greenhouses should be focused around a sun lamp. Your work shop has no tailor, no stone cutter, and could attach twice as many work stations to those tool boxes. The hospital looks interesting, but has a ton of wasted space.

the greenhouse cant grow the hops because of there not being 100% light, and the only way to get that would be sun lamps, which consume (afaik) 2800W, the good part of a geothermal generators worth of power. However i'm not saying its a bad design, Its just a stretch to call it optimised, the rest look good though.

These gave me some great ideas. And never-mind the critics. No one who said anything negative offered reasons or justifications for their comments.
