The best place to find The Quiet Kitten is inside the files of the game, just inside
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Life Tastes Like Cardboard\resources\tqk1.png"

If you want to find Sad Fantasy in-game you need to backtrack to the start of the map when Ollie goes to his house to make hot chocolate you will find a black book on the ground.
