How to Report Bugs in PlanCo2

To report bugs, the following steps are important. There is also an issue tracker where you can see confirmed bugs, help confirm bugs, vote on bugs, and help report new bugs. This works for all platforms.

*Note that Frontier has a 6 vote limit for users to vote on bugs making it very difficult to easily and accurately provide a clear picture of design flaws for things that are by design as well as bugs themselves. It is important to express concerns and reproduce bugs by commenting on individual bugs as well.

To search for a bug:


You can now view and vote on bugs. You can also provide documentation and confirm it happening to you also.

*Currently there is a limit of 6 votes on bugs, but if a bug is discovered you don't seem to be able to remove your vote after it's confirmed. This is a major problem that doesn't allow for bugs to be truly viewed as the major issues they are and hopefully will be adjusted by frontier in the near future. The best way to add your voice is to contribute in the comments by reproducing the bug as well.
Report a Bug
To report a new bug:

  • Go to: https://issues.frontierstore.net/report-issue?step=1
  • Select Planet coaster 2 under the Game drop down.
  • Proceed to fill out the form if there are no identical/duplicate issues reported that populate when describing your issue. If there is a duplicate, go to that bug and reproduce it to help confirm the bug as well as to provide more context and express more concern over the bug in question.


*Note while it is important to vote on bugs as well, there is a strict limit to voting on 6 bugs only which gives users less ability to demonstrate where bugs and design flaws exist. You may comment and reproduce bugs and comment on design flaws in order to demonstrate the issue at large for developers
