Introduction
Master Reboot is a story-driven scifi/horror game set in the first person. There are weapons (an axe, a BB gun, and a sledgehammer), but they are mostly used for solving puzzles, not attacking enemies.

Most enemies in the game are invincible and need to be avoided.

Most of the puzzles are straightforward (example: look at painting, move blocks until they look like the painting), this guide will only cover the unique puzzles.
Entrance
When walking through the woods, you need to find the axe in order to cut through trees. You need to find a rubber duck in order to open the door at the end. Press enter at the mine carts to move them (mouse click won't work).

The mouse swings the axe/sledgehammer, turns a flashlight on/off, and fires the BB gun. The enter key performs all other actions.

Space is jump, and C is crouch.
Childhood
Open the toy box and activate the red square, then go into the mirror (it looks like a painting).

Inside the mirror, there is a jack-in-the-box forward and to the right that launches you into the air.

There is a puzzle in front of the dollhouse - find the colored squares and enter their codes to open the box.

Navigate the dark maze to the front left (relative to where you entered the level) to get more ducks and the final key. If you die, just try again. You can see the enemies by peeking around the corners.
Street
Listen to the radio and avoid the cars. That's it.
School
Solve the puzzles to get to the end. Most of these are self-explanitory.
Park
Look outside the fence for colored pieces. Put the yellow one in a tree outside the fence. Put the orange one in the tube slide. Put the blue one on the slide. Put the red one on the seesaw and then 'use' the horses. Put the green one on the swing. Go on top and walk forward to get the purple triangle.
Flying
There is one spot where you can hide from the zombie. Collect the yellow keycards to unlock the door.

If you get lost in the tunnels follow the left wall.
Fairground
Go to the fountain and get a coin, then use it on the fortune teller.

Climb up the tower and the tall slide to see targets to shoot (2).

Finish the shooting galleries (2).

Move the bumper cars to the right locations.

And win the horse race. It's pure luck, just spam space until you win.
Beach
Explore until you find the map. Bring it to the fire. Use the metal detector to find two rings, then bring them to the gazebo that has two slots for them.
Circus
Follow the light areas to find a red, green and blue ball. This unlocks the circus tent.
Hospital
Find and activate the switches. One of them is hidden in a locker that has a ducky on top.
Graveyard
Go to the house to find a jar. Use it to catch the blue spirits, then take them to the statue in the middle to get a sledgehammer. Break the walls with the sledgehammer.

One will reveal a coded lock, and the other will reveal the clue to solving it. Look at the arrows above the coded lock. Go over to the clue and find those same arrows. The arrows in the clue point to the answer in roman numerals (example: V I I is 7).
Library
Most of this is a maze. Find the radios and look for a nearby red book (or wiggle back and forth while hitting space). The book will move and a secret passage will open. During the animation look for clues that let you know where the passage is (example: near the water cooler).

The answer to the color puzzle is: RED has three letters in it. So the three lights need to be red. Repeat for blue (4 letters) and green (5 letters).

During the decision (blue cube or red cube), use red cube. I don't think it matters.

After beaing all the levels, go into the big cube in the middle of the main map (which will be unlocked now). Once you do this you can't go back, so get all the ducks you want to get first.
The Temple
Activate the squares in sequence (look for the tallest one).

Use the wheels to activate the chains, they'll be blocked. Press the switches by the statues to unlock them. Use the wheels together to open the door (use one, then quickly go to the other and use it too).
Ending
There are two endings, the "bad" one and the "good one."

First, keep going until you get to the puzzle with lights on the floors. YOU DON'T NEED TO MEMORIZE EVERYTHING. Just memorize the very last pattern.

Then, go on the train. Mind the gap (jump over it or you'll fall).

Get the BB gun to the right before going forward, and shoot the bells in sequence to unlock the core. This can be tricky because the villain is trying to talk over the bells at first. The bells WILL change visually when you get it right.

Then, go down into the core. The floor will electrify. Stand on top of the green squares to not die. There is an axe on the wall - pick it up and smash the electrical boxes to unlock the core, then stand on a green square and jump forward to reach it and smash it too.

To get the "bad" ending, smash the core and then leave the game when it starts saying "continue".

To get the "good" ending, go back and walk into the blue lights to get out of the core area, then go to the stained glass girl to keep going.

In the final battle, you need to first get to the villain, then solve four puzzles within the time limit. The puzzles are all action based - get to the end, and then hit the red cube with the axe. Two of them have hallways on the ground, and two more have blue bouncing things that lift you up.

In each corridor, look for a way to keep going until you get to the red square, then hit it with the axe.
