You can get them at the Amitoi Expeditions Map! You can get there by clicking on the Amitoi Symbol.

You need the rare Pouch from the expeditions. The Chance to get a rare pouch is small. And then when you get one you have a small Chance to get the amitoi or Morph you want. That info is kinda "hidden".

When you click on a expedition and then on the pouch, you would see the normal information.

But when you click on "Chance Info"

You will see all possible drops. What we want here is group 2 in every pouch.

You can get it at "Ruins of Turayne" with a chance of 6,66666%!
