Remove Laser Sights

Removes all laser sights pickups from all maps.

This is done via a director script.

I made this to use with this mod which adds laser sights by default to all guns: https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2210038244&searchtext=msc+laser

It makes a nice combo when playing with no hud.
