The USP-S Alpine Camo was first introduced to CS2 2 on October 2nd, 2024. It was released as part of the "The Armory" update. The skin is part of the The Sport & Field Collection. USP-S Alpine Camo has pattern based case hardened metal parts but camouflage design is the same for all patterns.

Tier 1 patterns have the highest amount of the blue;

Hammer, slide catch, trigger, mag release, safety lever, muzzle, front and rear sight almost completely blue.

The blue stain of the ejection port is between %80-%100 different in each pattern.

Tier 2 patterns looks similar to Tier 1 from the left side but ejection port (top and right side) different.

Hammer, slide catch, trigger, mag release, safety lever, muzzle, front and rear sight almost completely blue.

The blue stain of the ejection port is between %50-%75 different in each pattern.
