Step 1} Go to the glass house between the Dump and BBU. It'll have a giant slice of bubble pie and reef blower on top.

Step 2) Use the Reef Blower to blow yourself towards Jellyfish Fields.

Step 3) Park that pie right in front of the Jellyfish King. He'll be excited by what you brung.
