recall canteen may be the worst out of all the canteens, but it isn't bad at all. with it being the cheapest canteen out of all, and sometimes being surprisingly helpful, even saving your life for way cheaper than uber canteen. since it is very cheap, you can focus on upgrades alot more than when you're using crit or uber canteens.

recall canteen like any other canteens, when you press H ("use item in action slot" if you bind it to another key) the item in the action slot will be used, in this case the power up canteen. when a recall canteen is consumed, it teleports you back to spawn, giving you full health, ammo and speed boost for a small amount of time, however it also reset your killstreak, meter, heads, etc.

recall canteen can save your life and maybe even the round, since it is cheap you can immediately buy more after you use one (if you didn't spend all the money). i'm gonna list a couple of situations i know it is useful in, you can correct me or tell me more in the comments

-a robot made it past everything and is about to drop the bomb (and you have no engineer/2 way)
with a simple click of a button, boom. you're there to stop him, saving the round

-you're in a very bad situation (Ex. stuck behind the robots and can't get out, about to die)
while the situation i used as an example,sometimes uber canteen may give you enough time to make it back to the frontline (where you are holding) recall canteen is a faster and way cheaper alternative

for the second situation, most of the times uber canteen is gonna be better, but if you're in a situation where you are getting knocked around so much you're stuck that uber canteen only prolongs your demise, recall canteen.
