About this Mod
Review the Japanese description and improve the general game description.
Improve explanations that are clumsy or difficult to understand, unify shaky notations, and add font icons.
A small number of missing or incorrect official explanations will also be corrected.

Supported Content
From Vanilla/Raf/GS/NFP to all regular games.
However, the descriptions and Scenario-specific content within the Civilopedia will not be changed. Basically, we are assuming a GS+NFP environment, but various content combinations should also be supported.
