1) The Elder Scrolls Arena 
В первой части игры сложно сказать, какой персонаж является каноничным, так как игра не имеет глубокий сюжет и изначально создавалась как песочница в открытом мире с небольшим намеком на сюжет, поэтому стоит обратить внимание на обложку данной игры, где представлены 4 героя, которых потенциально можно считать каноничными, а именно:
а) Норд / воин / двуручный топор
б) Бретонец / воин / двуручный меч
в) Альтмер (высокий эльф) / маг / магия + кинжал
г) Редгардка (героиня не совсем подходит по внешности, присущей редгардкам, но оружие + броня говорит о том, что потенциально она может ей быть) / воин / двуручный меч.

2) The Elder Scrolls II Daggerfall
Во второй части игры упрощается ситуация с выбором каноничного персонажа, потому что действия происходят в провинции Хай - Рок, где большинство населения представляют бретонцы и орки (но если учитывать тот факт, что действия происходят в городе Daggerfall, то правильнее будет выбрать бретонца, как каноничного персонажа):
а) Бретонец / воин (либо маг) / двуручный меч (либо магия).

3) The Elder Scrolls III Morrowind
Начиная с 3 части игры упрощается выбор каноничного персонажа, в данной части, исходя из истории серии игр можно понять, что Нереварин - это темный эльф, а если изучить постер к игре, то на нем темный эльф держит в рука двуручный меч, что говорит нам о выборе следующего персонажа:
а) Данмер (темный эльф) / воин / двуручный меч.

4) The Elder Scrolls IV Oblivion 
В четвертой части игры, исходя из того, что действия происходят в провинции Сиродил и, изучив постер, можно с уверенностью сказать, что каноничным персонажем - является имперец, использующий меч в одной руке:
а) Имперец / воин / меч + щит.

5) The Elder Scrolls V Skyrim
В данной части игры легко догадаться, что Довакин - это норд (История игры, локация и сюжет также говорят нам об этом)
а) Норд / воин / парные клинки (либо меч + щит) + драконьи крики.
6*) The Elder Scrolls Online
Может показаться странным, что данная часть свитков попала в это руководство, но и в ней я решил поделиться своим мнением, игра не подразумевает наличие каноничного персонажа и можно выбирать любого из предоставленных в игре, но, если мы обратим внимание на постеры и трейлеры игры, то в них главные роли играют 3 персонажа, которых можно считать каноничными:
а) Норд / воин / двуручный топор
б) Босмер (лесная эльфийка) / лучник + маг / лук + магия восстановления
в) Бретонец / лучник + маг / лук + магия разрушения.

In the second part of the game, the situation with choosing a canonical character is simplified, because the actions take place in the province of High Rock, where the majority of the population are Bretons and orcs (but given the fact that the actions take place in the city of Daggerfall, then it would be more correct to choose a Breton as canonical character):
a) Breton / warrior (or magician) / two-handed sword (or magic).
3) The Elder Scrolls III Morrowind
Starting from the 3rd part of the game, the choice of a canonical character is simplified; in this part, based on the history of the game series, you can understand that the Nerevarine is a dark elf, and if you study the poster for the game, then on it the dark elf is holding a two-handed sword in his hand, which tells us about choosing the next character:
a) Dunmer (dark elf) / warrior / two-handed sword.

4) The Elder Scrolls IV Oblivion
In the fourth part of the game, based on the fact that the actions take place in the province of Cyrodiil and, having studied the poster, we can confidently say that the canonical character is an imperial using a sword in one hand:
a) Imperial / warrior / sword + shield.

5) The Elder Scrolls V Skyrim
In this part of the game it is easy to guess that Dovahkiin is a Nord (The history of the game, location and plot also tell us about this):
a) Nord / warrior / twin blades (or blade and shield) + dragon screams.

6*) The Elder Scrolls Online
It may seem strange that this part of the scrolls was included in this guide, but in it I decided to share my opinion,
the game does not imply the presence of a canonical character and you can choose any of those provided in the game, but if we pay attention to the posters and trailers of the game, then the main roles are played by 3 characters who can be considered canonical:
a) Nord / warrior / two-handed ax
b) Bosmer (wood elf) / archer + mage / bow + restoration magic
c) Breton / archer + mage / bow + destruction magic.
