MGR has plenty of suits but most of them serve decorative purpose but there are some that give you power here are some and what they are best for.

White armour
gives you 10 max space on nano paste and 10 on energy recharging stuff
good for tanking bosses

Red armour
gives you 10 grenade max space
good for defeatign masses of soldiers and bigger enemies

Comando armour
gives you 10 max space on all RPGs
good for taking down helicopters and flying enemies, also good on bigger enemies
