1) Navigate to D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Batman Arkham
Origins\SinglePlayer\Engine\Config and open the BaseEngine.ini file (or navigate to installed path).

2) Set bSmoothFrameRate=FALSE in the main section, and also update it in the
[UnrealEd.EditorEngine] section.

3) Change MinSmoothedFrameRate=60 and MaxSmoothedFrameRate=120 (or match it to your
monitor's refresh rate) in both the main section and the [UnrealEd.EditorEngine] section.

4) Set DepthOfField=FALSE in the main section and also update it in the [SystemSettingsMobile]
section.

5) Change AllowD3D10=False and AllowD3D11=True.

6) Save the file, right-click on it, select Properties, check the Read-only box, and apply the changes.
