Honey: Boil, Ferment, Age = Mead

This is what I have made so far:
Sorghum: boil, Ferment, Distill = Baijiu
Barley: Boil, Ferment = Beer
Red Wine: Distill = Brandy
Sugar: Juice, Ferment, Distil = Cachaca
Apples: Juice, Ferment, Age = Cider
Grapes: Juice, Ferment, Distill = Raki
Grapes: Mash, Ferment, Age = Red Wine
Sugar: Boil, Ferment, Distill = Rum
Rice: steam, Ferment, Distil = Sake
Potato and rice: Steam, Ferment, Distill = Soju
Grapes: Juice, Ferment, Age = Sparkling Champagne
Wheat and Barley: Boil, Ferment, Distill= Whisky
Wheat: Boil, Ferment, Distill = Vodka

So for Soju > has to be exacly Half Rice then Half Wheat on Steam in the boiler. at least thats what worked for me

I got Raki as an ingredient prize for a quest. It says it's a Rare Ingredient, "A Turkish spirit made through distilling fermented grape juice." Testing it out now.

I'm trying everything to make Soju but it just doesn't work. I add rice, then the wheat, use the steam from the boiler, come back later and just get waste.

Oh and cachace from sugar cane of course
