Just set the Sales Markup variable in the left.
You also can add items and the prices.

me too i just add 50% on every product and they just buy it anyways

Weird. I just round everything to the nearest whole dollar (some stuff that's a 40% jump) and people complain but I still can't keep up at store size 4, lvl7 on inventory. The trucks are too small to keep the flow going. Just did a 6-hour stream of my first playthrough, and even with 4 employees doing only stock and self-checkouts I'm almost totally struggling to keep up with the purchases over orders.

you can copy the excel spreedsheet and add them yourself. I am not this far into the game yet.
