The Map.
When you enter the Office you'll see this map above your desk. It's quite a simple map with some white question marks on it, along with a few other symbols. So what does it all mean?
Top Left - ? and Tree

This image actually leads to 4 different secrets rather than 2:

You want to leave your Tavern (Front Entrance lets say) and follow the left path and left again until you run into the Tree with a face on your right. That should help you find these 4 little secrets. (Or, just go directly north of your Tavern)

1. The Tree (Deku Tree/Legend of Zelda Easter Egg)

A reference to the famous tree from Legend of Zelda, this tree has a face and will chat to you when approached complaining about "Back Pains", if you go to his rear you will find a master sword sticking out of him. Simply click and hold on the sword to pull it out. You now have a free piece of decor for your Tavern!
Note: The sword only seems to be hung on the wall in the Office (A couple of slots can work) and a single spot in the main tavern next to the entrance.

2. Bonfire (Dark Souls Easter Egg)

A very simple easter egg, with our iconic sword in a burnt out fire and a red ghost. This doesn't do much and interacting with the ghost produces a "...." from the spirit, I have tried bringing firewood to the firepit with no luck so I think this is all this has to offer.

3. The Cave

This cave is directly next to the Dark Souls easter egg, this cave has a few skulls, bones and in the marked skull is a bunch of gold coins you can pick up for 101 gold.

4. Just Hangin' around (Naruto Easter Egg)

Outside the cave you can find this orange suited Naruto-dude hanging from a tree with his hand extended down with a photo. Talking to him he asks you to "Tell his friend to come home", you can take the photo from his hand for a free picture you can put anywhere of a character which looks very much like Sasuke.
Top Right and Anvil.
Like the last image, this is a little misleading as there are 3 easter eggs denoted by 2 symbols.

From the front of your tavern you can see the 2nd location, with the other two being hidden by the landscape but I've added arrows again to help you.

This is MAH swamp! (Shrek Easter Egg)

In the top right of the map you'll find this, again, very simple easter egg. A reference to Shrek's swamp, when walking around a text box with "Nice place" will appear, on the door is a fish plaque you can take (Thanks to Madrek Mandala in the comments for pointing this out to me!)

The ruins (WoW Easter Egg)

Easily spotted from your Tavern, this small ruined stone building has an armoured woman outside. When you enter the ruins you'll find an Iron helmet on an altar which you can pickup and store in your inventory. This is a piece of decoration which can be placed.
Don't tell the Sackville-Bagginses he's gone! (Lord of The Rings Easter Egg)

Over the hill you see on the right when looking out of your Tavern (Going toward the windmill in the distance) You'll spot this pleasant little scene. A blacksmith hammering at an anvil outside a hobbit hole, when approached he'll make reference to the adventures of the books and also offer you the table and chairs behind him (Iron Table + Chairs, seats 2), a great little addition to your Tavern!
Bottom Left (Watermill - Locked off?)
At present, this location appears to be locked off (broken caravan blocks the bridge) unless it unlocks later on (I've only gotten to level 8 and not seen it open. If it does later I'll update this guide).

Oktoberfest Update; Free ale!

You'll find a horse cart and a man next to the accident on the bridge. You can take the ale barrels next to him and from his horse cart which will add them to your stock.
Bottom Right.

(From the back entrance to your Tavern)

An Abandoned Camp (Treasure Hunter Achievement)

This is easily spotted from the rear entrance, simply follow the smoke to see a camp which is abandoned, on a crate is a map which shows the castle's checkpoint (which you get blocked from) and a set of three stones with a tree inside and an X marking the spot. Simply go behind the tree shown in the picture (this is taken from the camp close to the map) and dig up the mound at the base, this'll reveal a chest with 100 gold to be taken!
Thanks to the Fuzzy Vixen - In this camp there is a globe knocked over you can pick up and take back to your tavern.

Better cancel the fishing trip...

The final map egg is the "Hmm...." one near the camp, at night if you approach the "No Fishing Zone" at the edge of the lake you'll see a set of 3 monster heads hovering just above the waterline. If you approach the water it'll slowly sink and become hidden until you back off. It's often visible if you're getting water from the well if you look close enough (You'll usually see the red spines bobbing in the distance).

Oktoberfest Update: Party on the Shore

A small celebration is on the beach with very drunk people. There's some free barrels of ale to find, a few coins on the table and the man laying on some hay even has a free wagon decor for you.

On a table there are two people playing Checkers with one of them saying they buried something nearby, simply follow the footprints to the nearby tree and dig up the pile to get some money and a free sausage. (Credit goes to [MNI] Beastcreeper for pointing this out!)

Oktoberfest Update: Drunk Driving

Directly behind your tavern, where you'd go to get the goblin thief (See: "Never Trust a Greenskin" below), beyond where the abandoned Goblin camp is you'll find a broken down wagon with a drunk driver and a poop. Clean up the doo doo and help yourself to a small stash of gold from the carriage for your trouble!

Oktoberfest Update: The Scarecrow's new look

Nothing more needed to say, man looks fly
The Gnomes and the Goblins
Although not strictly related to the map or the guide. I wanted to include these as an Honorable mentions as they're furniture and require you to adventure a little around the map.

Hi Ho, Hi Ho, it's on your roof we go!

There's an Achievement called "My Little Friend", at Tavern level 2 if you climb the ladder on the side of your Tavern you'll find a Gnome with a sign, you can pick the gnome up and place him inside your Tavern as decor. BUT this is not the only Gnome you can actually find, if you continue to climb the ladder with each upgrade up until the ladder falls down (Which I believe is level 8), you'll find more gnomes with additional signs which you can take in and place as more decor within your Tavern!

Never trust a Greenskin

At a certain point you'll find a letter upon your desk from "A friend", this letter will say something was stolen and you should look behind your Tavern. Simply exit out back and walk until you're in the run down field with scarecrows and trees, next to one is a bunch of half-eaten food and a journal. Clean it all up for your Community service and the journal will disclose that your thief is by the river, go to the bridge (From the watermill section) and facing the bridge go right, along the bank is a small camp where an inebriated lil gobbo is sat. Interacting with him cages him up to serve as a stark reminder to any other thieves which enter your establishment (Despite having a hook, it's a furniture which must be placed on something), there is also a small pile of gold you can pick up in the camp.
Final section.
That's about it honestly. Until I can be assured the watermill doesn't contain something else I will leave this be. If anything else gets added in future updates I will be sure to add it! Enjoy your new decor, your 201 gold and the knowledge you found some cool things around!

IF you spot something I have missed please comment below and I will check in game and add it to the guide ASAP with appropriate crediting.

Addendum: If you wish to translate this guide into another language PLEASE provide credit and link back to this guide.

Next to the lake, in which three monsters swim, there is a man with a cart, whose horses have run away, the cart can be picked up and used as a decor

The game of checkers that the two drunk guys are playing, one of them has buried some winnings of his. Just talk to him, and then follow the footprints that he left behind. leads you right to the money, along with some sausages.
