What happens when world spanning governments purchase Cuirassiers and take a peek under the hood? With blank checks, their military development branches set about improving it to the best of their abilities. The Python is a heavier, up-gunned cruiser in comparison to its predecessor. Where the Cuirassier is billed as a sleek, economical vessel, with the potential for greatness should its captain make the necessary work to improve it. The Python takes out the guesswork and had the work done previously to map out future upgrades.

Painted in universal frontier patrol livery, Pythons can be spotted skulking through pirate sectors, looking for their next unfortunate bounty.
